This print is of a painting that came to being through meditation, breathwork and shamanic journeying and using a technique called ‘Painting with Light’ as taught to me by visionary artist Amanda Sage.
When I paint it is a whole process of tapping into my subconscious, meditating, setting an intention and then trusting in the flow of my paint brush. What wants to be seen comes through.
We are all connected to everything, we just need to take the time ground down and connect.
