An ode to Manchán Magan and a prayer for humanity to come back to nature and it’s healing. Step away from screens to go outdoors to a magical place you feel comfortable in and listen to all the sounds that surround you as you invite in ease and remembrance of how we used to be.
During a presentation on my process I invited people to close their eyes and take a breath, think of 1 word that would get them through the darkness of winter. I have added the words to the back of the board. So it becomes a collaboration of intention setting and dreams for an easeful winter.
